IT Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Assist with the setup of new user accounts, email, and other IT-related services.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other common software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
