Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Assist with the setup of new user accounts, email, and other IT-related services.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other common software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
