Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.
- Assist in network maintenance, updates, and security protocols.
- Manage system backups, updates, and data recovery processes.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and ensuring systems are secure.
- Provide basic training on IT tools and software as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
