Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup and installation of new computer systems and software.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team on larger projects as needed.
- Monitor and report system performance and security issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required.
