IT Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support for IT-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure new software and hardware.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures.
  • Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades and data migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and networking protocols.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
