IT Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Assist in setting up workstations and equipment for new employees.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
  • Provide user training on new technologies and systems.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and procurement.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
