Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in setting up workstations and equipment for new employees.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
- Provide user training on new technologies and systems.
- Assist with IT inventory management and procurement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
