IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The IT Support Engineer will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers and network devices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
