Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
