IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with system upgrades and installations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and support requests.
  • Ensure network security and perform regular backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency.
  • Provide technical training and support to employees as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with networking and system administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
