Junior Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to customers.
• Take orders and handle cash or card transactions at the register.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons.
• Learn and follow established coffee preparation techniques and recipes.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and placing orders for coffee and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in coffee preparation and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment is a plus.
