MEP Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues during and after construction.
• Ensure all designs and installations adhere to local building codes and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in MEP design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MEP-specific tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
