Nursing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Help patients with mobility, including turning, positioning, and transporting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist in maintaining patient rooms and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Follow healthcare protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Support nursing staff with medical procedures and tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing assistant role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
