Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
