Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
