Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage the front desk.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
