Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a welcoming Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide general support to the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
