Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide general information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
