Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mailing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment (e.g., printers).
