Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with inquiries.
- Answer and forward phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage the appointment schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment (e.g., phones, printers).
