Retail Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with purchases.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all sales are properly recorded.
• Assist with restocking shelves and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies to management.
• Help with inventory management and store promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
