Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain store displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
