Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and restock shelves as necessary.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
