Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
