Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and student supervision.
- Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Support students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Assist with school events, activities, and extracurricular programs.
- Monitor students during breaks, recess, and lunch periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Communicate with parents and guardians as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a caring attitude towards students.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
