Security Guard (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms.
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas by verifying identification.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees.
• Report suspicious activity, security breaches, and hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
