Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory control and stock management.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory records.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Supervise store staff and provide training as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries related to store inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or store operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
