Store Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory control and stock management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory records.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Supervise store staff and provide training as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and store performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to store inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or store operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
