Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Organize and arrange inventory in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
