Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Keep storage areas organized and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Issue materials to employees or departments as required.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor the quality and condition of stored items.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures for handling materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
  • Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
