Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer assistance with locating products and answering questions.
- Provide information on products, including features, pricing, and promotions.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a tidy and appealing store layout.
- Operate cash registers to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and monitoring stock to ensure products are always available.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and courteously.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to customers.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
