Surface Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily surface operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor and manage team performance and productivity.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily activity reports.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with management to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of surface operations and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
