Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in daily activities
• Assist with lesson planning and material preparation
• Provide one-on-one or group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior
• Supervise students during breaks and field trips

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of educational practices
