Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
