Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
  • Handle emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the team.
  • Perform research and compile information as requested.
  • Assist with data entry and document organization.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.
