Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with team members and provide support for ongoing projects.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
