Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Organize and manage email correspondence.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports.
  • Assist with data entry and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Provide other administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote work tools like Zoom or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
