Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Respond to emails and handle administrative communication.
- Perform research and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and events.
- Handle data entry and documentation tasks.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
