Virtual Assistant – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for multiple team members.
  • Conduct online research and compile data as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
