Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for multiple team members.
- Conduct online research and compile data as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
