Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and making recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing tables.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
