Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
