Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls.
  • Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
