Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, coordinating conference room bookings as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding company services and procedures.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
