Call Center Agent – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Address customer questions and complaints.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts and procedures for issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Comfortable using computers and phone systems.
  • Prior call center experience is a plus.
