Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and forward phone calls.
  • Manage front desk activities and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
