Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and filing
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist with meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Handle office supply inventory and procurement
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
