Key Responsibilities:
- Control the flow of documents within the organization
- Maintain and update records in both digital and physical formats
- Track document versions and ensure timely distribution
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure proper document retention
- Implement document control procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in document control or administrative roles
- Familiarity with document management systems (DMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and computer skills
