Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
