Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Assist with setting up tables, restocking supplies, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
