Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the flow of documents within the organization
  • Maintain and update records in both digital and physical formats
  • Track document versions and ensure timely distribution
  • Assist in audit preparation and ensure proper document retention
  • Implement document control procedures and policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in document control or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and computer skills
