Job Summary:
We are seeking customer-focused Airport Staff to support daily airport operations and assist passengers throughout their travel experience. The ideal candidate will provide professional service while ensuring compliance with airport procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Provide information and respond to customer inquiries
- Support baggage handling and passenger service operations
- Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous airport or customer service experience is preferred
