Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, and office correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare basic reports, forms, and presentations
  • Support daily office functions and staff needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
