Cabin Crew

Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist with boarding and seating.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Serve meals, beverages, and provide in-flight services to passengers.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including young children and elderly individuals.
• Monitor cabin for any security or safety concerns.
• Provide first aid and medical assistance if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
• Communicate effectively with the flight crew and other team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
