Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and process payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare invoices and handle queries related to payments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
