Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be attentive to customer preferences, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Welcome customers, take orders, and respond to menu-related questions.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment safely.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized counters, equipment, and customer areas.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels and report shortages when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene practices and attention to detail.
• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred.
